The Business Assistance Partnership (BAP), is a Pinellas County Economic Development program designed to help small businesses Start, Grow, Succeed and Enhance Profitability.
Mike McElvogue, is a BAPS specialist working through the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, whose purpose is to share information about the resources, programs, services training classes, seminars, and support available to through Pinellas County. The BAPS program goal is to match specific company needs with appropriate resource, identify common issues, and provide proactive solutions. The BAPS specialist routinely makes courtesy calls to discuss how the Business Assistance Partnership might benefit your company.
