What is your current title and how long have you been in this role?
“Debbie Reinhardt, I am currently the CEO/CFO. My husband and I founded the company in 1991. We worked side by side until his death in December of 2013 at which time I took over the role as CEO.”
Can you explain how and why you ended up owning this business?
“In the early 90’s, my husband and I relocated to the west coast of Florida. We owned a townhome in Sand Key and began our search for a business venture. While we searched for business opportunities, we realized that the community management field at the time needed some fresh ideas and we believed that our many years of business experience could provide a new perspective and an “out of the box” approach to management. With my husband’s extensive management experience and my financial background, Association Management was a perfect fit.”

What was your passion or greatest motivator?
“Our family and faith were our greatest motivators. We had several family members join our company as employees and today are business partners. They, along with our core executives, have been critical to the success we currently enjoy.”
What has been your proudest moment within this business?
“Looking back, we have had numerous proud moments; from obtaining our National Accreditation, to opening four locations, to becoming the largest family-owned Association Management firm in Pinellas County, to celebrating 25 years in business…”
