How can I receive personal attention in planning my trip?
For personal attention and help in planning your trip, call our official travel counselors at 800-972-3304. We are available daily 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (except Christmas day).

Orlando theme parkHow can I get vacation planning information and the Orlando Magicard?
The Orlando CVB is happy to provide you with a free Orlando vacation planning kit. Your planning kit includes the Official Visitors Guide with information on accommodations, attractions, restaurants, and much more. The kit will also contain the Orlando Magicard, which offers great savings on a variety of area attractions, accommodations, restaurants and shops. Having a Magicard is like carrying a wallet full of coupons for participating area attractions, accommodations, restaurants, and shops. Use your Magicard brochure to check for participants, and present your card at the time of purchase to receive the specified offer.

How can I reserve a hotel room in Orlando?
As with any vacation destination there are a variety of ways to reserve a room. The Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau has created a one-stop-shop to assist you. Room reservations are available at www.orlandoinfo.com/reservations. You will also find advertisements on our home page for hotel specials or you may contact your local travel agent to assist you.

Where is the Kennedy Space Center, and how do I get there?
The Kennedy Space Center is approximately an hour’s drive east of Orlando, easily accessible via Toll Road 528. Although there is no public transportation available from Orlando, there are several private shuttle companies that provide transportation to and from Kennedy Space Center.

What are the busiest times of the year in Orlando?
Generally, our busiest times of the year are during Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, and the December holidays.

Do most businesses in Orlando accept travelers’ checks and credit cards?
Travelers’ checks in U.S. Dollars and major credit cards are widely accepted at most Orlando businesses.
