Primary Objective
VOTE YES in November to save Treasure Island’s livelihood. Over the years we have seen our hotels and motels grow older and older. As buildings age, so do their electrical systems, plumbing systems and amenities. It is not economically feasible to redevelop these properties unless height and density are increased. To be competitive in the marketplace, hotels and motels need to build bigger rooms and more amenities. Bigger rooms and amenities take up more space which requires increased height and density. There are nine local questions on November 8th Election Ballot for Treasure Island residents and we urge local residents to support these referendum questions in an effort to enhance our economy and overall quality of life.
